On February 16 Carmel hosted a team from PWA and the Israeli MOD who were interested to investigate Carmel's capabilities to participate in the production of the F-135 engine for the JSF aircraft program. The PWA team included David Hess – The President of PWA, Warren Boley – President of PWA Military Engines and Rajieev Bhalla – V.P. & CFO The MOD team included Udi Shani – Director General of MOD, Ahron Marmarosh – Head Director of Produrement & Production of MOD and Shmuel Royter – JSF Program Manager of MOD. The teams were briefed about Carmel's current and future capabilities which included a detailed presentation and a subsequent plant tour. All participants expressed their impression and expressed confidence in Carmel's ability to produce a number of parts for the engine. |
