Carmel Forge is a self-contained forging house capable of producing a wide range of metal alloy components for the aerospace engine and power generation industries. In 1994, UTCI acquired Carmel Forge, with the latter becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of UTCI and a corporate affiliate of both PW-US and PW-CA. Carmel Forge owns a 527,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant in Tirat Carmel, Israel. The facility contains manufacturing equipment such as a fully automated Ring Rolling Facility, computer-controlled screw presses, and fully automated ultrasonic immersion Laboratory heat treatment equipment, a computer controlled etching line, high precision CNC machining centers and expanded laboratories. Cutting-edge technologies combined with the highly experiences engineering, metallurgy and production teams create a perfect 360° solution from inception to delivery.

Carmel Forge sponsors a community center for children from socio-economically challenged families in the neighboring town of Tirat Carmel.
The sponsorship is in the form of funding sports clubs, school graduation parties, school magazines and others. Once a year the children are invited on a plant tour to visualize the technology and process applied in production of jet engine parts.
