Carmel Forge owns a 527,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant in Tirat Carmel, Israel. The facility contains manufacturing equipment such as a fully automated Ring Rolling Facility, computer-controlled screw presses, and fully automated ultrasonic immersion Laboratory heat treatment equipment, a computer-controlled etching line, high precision CNC machining centers, and expanded laboratories. Employees shall be guaranteed the option of filing complaints whilst maintaining secrecy and protection of the complaining employee. The Company shall maintain a working environment without sexual harassment and shall act in accordance with the Company’s Bylaw for Protection from Sexual Harassment.

The Company shall hire employees based upon their abilities, education, and suitability to the requirements, without discrimination, and for due remuneration. Promotion, evaluation and remuneration shall be determined by the Company’s management, without discrimination or prejudice.

Carmel Forge sponsors a community center for children from socio-economically challenged families in the neighboring town of Tirat Carmel.
The sponsorship is in the form of funding sports clubs, school graduation parties, school magazines and others. Once a year the children are invited on a plant tour to visualize the technology and process applied in production of jet engine parts.
